Went up last weekend and fished pretty hard all day. Couldn't get a sniff. 7 guys and 1 fish...I think the weather turned the fish right off.

Terrible 3 days of fishing. A couple axe handle Jacks, and a couple small Walleyes caught. Don't waste your time guys. Brutal wind, 40 km gusts. Had to pull boats up low creek. Just brutal road and traffic. If you want big fish, try another lake. For sure not worth your time.

Spent 5 days at Peerless/Graham - road was good going in but terrible on the way out. My buddy broke his axle on his boat trailer. Fished on Peerless for 3 of the five day used many different spoons at different depth only caught 6 lakes, one walleye and two jacks. Graham was good size was down from other years. Creek was real shallow had to walk the boat into Peerless. The Natives the first night came through and borrowed many cooler that we found down the road in the ditch the next day. One guy lost his fishing gear.

Was up last weekend and marked lots of fish on the flasher. We caught two monster burbot around 10lbs and three lakers, one of which was my personal best through the ice of 15lbs (hit on a 5" white Sniper Shad with 1/2oz white football head jig). Www.fishingworld.ca has them if you want them. Oh ya and we were north of the underwater island in 65' where there is a rise off the bottom. Marked lots of bait there as well.

Fished Peerless frm 5a.m. till 11p.m. in 6' to 100' water. Tried every type of bait & if I had 40 more hooks we'd have used them too... caught one walleye and jackfish off poachers point. Best decision we made was leaving to Graham!

Lake was calm and fishing was excellent. First time I ever caught lakers while jiging for burbot. Bite was on after supper and not as good during the heat of the day. Best action was on a jelly Wally diver at 60 feet. Good luck
