You will find %u201Cc%u201D class mixed in with the 50cm off the PP on the drop off. Other night got 2 %u201Cc%u201D size mixed in with dozens of 20 %u201D fish in just a few hours.

Hi Ponoka Predator, may I know what location in Pigeon Lake did you land walleye? I have Class C tags. Thanks.

by Ponoka Predator on May. 16, 2018

Fishing was slow at times, 3 of us still landed about 18 walleye in 4 hrs. Was great to be on the water, not a ripple and 26C. A few Class A, mostly B and C. Very tenative bite. Minnows and Lindy rigs were more successful than jigs.

Does anyone know whereabouts a boat launch is near Ma-Me-O Beach? Some family will be visiting us on the ice for some ice fishing and am hoping to make directions easy for them to find us.

by Soiler on Feb. 15, 2018

by Trigger on Feb. 14, 2018

Been coming to this lake for years but always caught walleye burbot and jack. Dose anyone know if there's still whites or perch still?

Star Star Star Star Star

by pickrel pat on Feb. 11, 2018

Oggi ..... he may not be asking because of ice thickness.... there is also snow conditions and pressure ridges that quads are able to cross where a pick up may get high centered on. Don't be a hat.

30” of ice Was out for a couple hours this afternoon, pretty slow...only seen 1 walleye which took awhile to coax into biting. Landed another nice one on a tip up but that was it.

WOW!!!! With all the cold weather we've had, and you ask about the ice, there is only 30 inches, so I suggest you bring your QUAD.

Not for a couple of weeks. If u head west of pp and follow shoreline until u run into a cattail weed bed. 30-40 feet off the point of weedbed. Jig and minnows seem to be working. Hope that helps.
