Went out for a few hours today and no action whatsoever. 12" of ice in most spots. Drove my truck on the lake.

Beautiful lake... lots of fish jumping. Only one other person there who caught the limit in less than an hour. I however caught nothing. Needed a grasshopper and it was the only lure I didn't have. Boo.

Lake is ice free and there were a few anglers present. Wasn't fishing myself, just passing by but everyone looked like they were having fun.

Caught a few small rainbows, ice is thick enough to drive on, and lake is fairly deep
