But guy next to us caught a sucker and a 9" rainbow. Hooked it deep, he didn't want it so I ate it with my cat. Tasty.

Your allowed to keep 5 rainbow trout each. Fun fishing can sometimes catch 10- 15 fish a day. waters only 3 feet deep off dock but the fish feed and relax around that area. Been fishing the pond for 7 years now and have caught many rainbows white suckers, red horse suckers, crayfish, large minnows. water is tea colored but a small hook lowered in 3 feet knee deep water will catch many fish quickly in to time. Very hot action in summer to fall leading to a winter kill couple weeks after first iceup.

Went to the Airdrie pond today, no luck at all. I saw a kid catch a 3 inch rainbow but nothing bigger than that.

When are they going to stock this pond this year?

a good place to bring kids for easy fishing. Well worth it if your living in Airdrie and are looking for a close spot.

there is rainbows in there, but they really like cheese. I found 90 % of the time that was the best bait to use. Just off the big dock and large white suckers up to 4lbs. By mid summer there will be over a 1000 + fish in it. Trout in here average 6-11 inches.

Got a few bites but only caught some garbage. Guy next to me caught a decent looking rainbow trout, so there are fish in there.

Caught an 8 inch rainbow trout on a spinner here the other day. Also got another bit but it was just a hit and spit. Hard to fish here with all the little kids running around.

Waste of taxpayer money (or whomever pays to stock this pond) should be taken off the list

There are rainbows stocked in this pond, I saw a kid on the wooden platform catch a small one on cheese. I don't think the fishing is great though and I'm not sure if I'd eat anything out of there.

I live in airdrie and stop to check this pond out once in a while. I've never seen a trout rise or heard of anyone catching anything.
